282072834 divided by 312379370 equals 0.9029816341584913

Today is the Record Date. Consolidation "effective May 29" that is tomorrow. No impact on the Record Date.

Of course I may be incorrect. It is only my opinion.

i think everybody see that exactly like you  : On June 12, 2020 (the “Distribution Date”) an aggregate of 282,072,834 common shares will be distributed to the shareholders of the Company as of the Record Date, on a pro-rata basis. Canadian shareholders as at the Record Date will be eligible to receive the Final Distribution. Non-resident shareholders will be entitled to receive the Final
