Another confusing news release that creates more questions that will be like pulling teeth to get straight answers to I believe. My coles notes: 312,379,370 shares outstanding before. Issue 75,850,000 to Bendu may 24th so that new share count 388,229,376. May 28th record date for distribution of 282,072,834 Agra shares = .7265 Agra shares for each Sow. This is where it starts to get confusing
