bendu was bought with reserved for issuance share

at the record date the total issued and outstanding share was 312 millions that was write on the news release.

312 / 7 = 44,5 millions

the other 10.5 million   millions in the 56 million in consolidation is with bendu in.

but bendu not in the distribution im almost certain of that.

All what I am interested in is how many AGRA shares I get for 1 SOW share. It looks like aproxm 5 shares. ( 4.99 ) That's all you should be interested in. c14
