Wow!
I held 80,140 Shares Pre-Consolidated shares & only received 61 Shares of AGRA now. CIBC told me that is correct? I thought I was getting much more than that! Haha what a rip off

I would strongly suggest that you revisit this! You should have ~11,449 Post Consolidation SOW shares and~57,243 Agra shares. See my post here on May28/20 for more.

From my May 29th post: My coles notes: 312,379,370 shares outstanding before. Issue 75,850,000 to Bendu may 24th so that new share count 388,229,376. May 28th record date for distribution of 282,072,834 Agra shares = .7265 Agra shares for each Sow.

Yeah it's a joke. Who would pay $7m for Bendu if you take the original shares provided and cost of AGRA shares.

If you take a look at my last post and calculate what the CIBC did with the US Account you will see they calculated as follows: 25,000 : 7 = 3,571.429 x 4.994 = 17,835.716 Just insert your numbers and you will get the right amount you should be getting. Good luck c14 ..

Morning all just got off the phone with I trade, they said the distribution of agra shares are 0.7134 for every SOW shares, falls well short of what I was looking at given I had 400,000 shares of SOW pre consolodation. Thoughts LBB

Not to worry, jut about right, 4.99 AGRA for each new Sow share.

We got .3715 Agra shares the first round so this would get us close to the 1.15 total we were promised.
