The shares are in my Account, they are in 2 parts. The largest amount is on hold until August 31. 2020 and the smaller amount on hold until  September 26. 2020. Together the Disbursement works out to 1 SOW share you will get 4.99 AGRA shares. Relax you will get your shares but you can't sell them until the above dates. Happy waiting. c14

Works out

so you mean by the 0.714,  they fk us with benzu capital they pay more like 7 millions dollars and the news release talk about 3 million dollars. they found a way to make disapear  54 millions  agra share

My coles notes is we will get 1.085 Agra shares instead of 1.15. Yes it annoys me they skimmed off some of the Agra shares to give to Bendu and as deal was with a non-arms length party, we can assume we overpaid.

Thanks bud. It would have been nice if this was in the news release.  Prior to reading your post I submitted a request with the questrade corporate action team to investigate why I still don't have my shares.  If they share anything interesting, I'll post it here.
