Who the hell is exercising RSU's at an exercise price $1.15..... july 2 granted 48 mil, sept 30 o/s 44 mil, nov 15 o/s 35 mil.

My error. The RSU's have no exercise price. The $1.15 is a notional no. used by the company to calculate an expense. So RSU holders have been acquiring shares at no cost and likely selling them into the open market?
