RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:LSG and ME
curve - Good follow up. First off, I think we all know the risk of a .10 stock. With that said, let's continue. I think that anyone who buys out LSG will first buy out ME. The reason why is because with Fenn Gibb and ME you have over 6 million oz with little spent on exploration. With exploration you will probably get 10 million oz. Do you understand the value of a call option on gold of a small junior with this many oz's? Any rise in gold and this takes off. The company buying LSG can just hold onto this forever waiting for the rise. As I have stated before I see this as a budding OSK. Yes, the strip ratio may be a bit higher but name 2 other juniors that come even close. How did OSK start off? Did it look like this? One more set of good drilling results will put this on the radar of many majors. So, what are the real risks of holding this stock? If gold goes down, don't you see more Goldcorp type movements to buyout good value companies? As far as I know they have nil debt so that is not a concern. Dilution? maybe but that allows them to do more drilling. What is your pick for the next OSK?
