RE:RE:Here is Malcolm Shaw's (Alpha) thoughts on UNO
42 million shares issued and outstanding now.
2 million of that is being held in escrow for 3 years.
22 million of the 42 million is from the recent financing with a 4 month hold.
Not a lot of stock out there now for trading.
Charles Fipke owns 22% of the outstanding shares.
Right now with the stock around 11 to 12 cents a share, should a discovery be made it will become a rocket and any future financings will be done at higher prices for sure, thus diminishing any dilution factor.
Soooooo, with the upcoming drill program end of this month, if they have good luck the price goes up long before the 4 month hold arrives and there will be another phase 2 round of drilling.
If they don't have good luck then phase 2 drilling may be an issue as further financing may be more difficult and the dilution factor may arise.
It's a chance you take, but you are buying cheap stock for a ticket on a wild ride at the carnival should they find some U308.
One would think that the one island in the lake where the high readings are from, and the outcrop where the 9.5% has been located, with some 60% boulders lying around, it shouldn't be too much of a stretch to think they should come up with something uranium related. If they do, standby.... a lot of eyes are watching closely.
Pretty good gamble. I'm in for a few for sure.
If Malcolm Shaw has found another uranium discovery in the early days, it'll be a lot of fun like Patterson Lake South was with Alpha Uranium (AMW)... what a blast that was!!
The optics are good, the data is good, the homework is done, the property is being drilled.
Cheers..
