It wasn't the pricing that the options were done at it was the fact they just issued 1,000,000 options in December then 8,500,000 options in January and then February for 3,900,000 and then came back in April for another 6,500,000.
It was one too many times to the trough for many investors given there were already millions and millions of options already granted at rock bottom prices.
With Uno here Fipke, although very rich, put over $1,000,000 of his own money into financing which is more than we can say about current management at FCU.

I don't mind options here and don't blame UNO management. I would have done the same.
