LAB GROWN
Seeing how lab grown diamonds will be dominant in the diamond industry some time in the future, shouldn't MPVD start trasitioning into the lab grown business? After all. DeBeers has done it via BOXLIGHT. Any thoughts?

I think that's a great idea. Wonder how much it would cost to set up a lab grown diamond business? martin

That's a hard one to answer. I have seen figures of a million$ to over a $100 million. DeBeers spent $94 million on starting up their Light box operation. I guess it depends on the size of the operation and the quality of diamonds to be produced in the lab.
