Karen Goracke bought 30 k for 21 cents a share. Not much but something. I think she is a director.

Wrong. She was given those RSU's and all she has done is convert them. She will pay tax. So no, no insider buying!! Please learn the basics before you comment and lead people astray.

Why pay the tax if not interested in owning mpvd?  Should have let them lapse. Me thinks she wants a position. Don't need to be rude bud. Why so hostile?

Perhaps they were going to expire? Imagine how that conversation would have gone? I get frustrated with amatures who dont know the basics and then come out and beat the drum...but you are not one of those are youi?

Since nice lady came on the board, it was such a great expectation from her and money, she  represents. And yes I am one of those new guys, who has been around and TIG were the rulers of the jungle! Yes now options are loaded and expired for some... perhaps in this present environment of uncertainty , Melodrama with Anglo American, time to change a bit of current approach for a last 8 years.. ...more
