RE: RE: MNB Financingas i said last night, from a balance sheet perspective, this company is sitting very pretty at the moment.

on the right side of the balance sheet, share capital has gone up, however the debt obligation has come down considerably, completely removing the near turn risk; in 2011, once we achieve full ramp-up, cash flow will no longer be an issue, therefore all future debt obligations will be a non-issue........on the left side of the balance sheet, we have a ton of cash.

we are in very good shape, and as much as a takeover target as ever.
