RE: in mid-2008364 million shares have been issued since 2008 along with $330 million dollars worth of debt becoming payable as of September 2010. There is a pile of paper out there to chew and with an $840 million market cap, how much upside can you place on this one. Unfortunately the size and scale of this operation has been been significantly diluted by lacking facility performance and millions upon millions of paper trails being printed. Not every stock is going to be blockbuster.
