company after scumbag Hodges had been eliminated. - Shocking to learn the
current Board has retained Fryer of the old gang as advisor to the company with
a monthly retainer of $ 7,ooo --- so they pursue the very same old gimmickrycrap the
past scoundrels has been turfed out for
The current Board owns "zero" shares in the company; OKelly claims they could
not acquired any shares since company was suspended - this is not true as it
relates to those members on the board who had been there prior to suspendsion
In summation, the current Board and the proposed Resolutions for the next
meeting have no credibility -- it's time to start clearisng them out too by voting
agianst all the proposed resolutions
