Scary LawsuitLawsuit prevents Cannabis Production.
Oskar Sarak CEO of Lexamed is the man who prevents that MARICann can grow in germany.
He says its not fair that the application procedure requires growing knowledge because nobody in germany can have it on legal way. This application procedure advocates the foreign companies.
If the complain suits the whole application will be made new with other requirements, so that german companies have same chance.
If he will loose he will go to highe...r court.
This means the license for growing is now on ice for not in the foreseeable future.
One positive thing is they mentioned MARICann in this article.
Companies that already deliver here are the winners of this
Shift. So MariCann can deliver but not grow at moment.
