I also have shares rotting in my accounts. My bank wants me to donate them to clean up. Does any one know if that action will prevent me from recieving compensation from the suit.

Coming to a close.

Looks like this whole mess will finally finish in the next month or so. Class action suit is just about completed and shareholders will get perhaps a few cents per share.
