neither company stock price likes news

neither company stock price likes newsboth wayland and ICC trading below highs of yesterday, before news, and way below highs of today after news.....hmm.
could be seen as controlling interest takeover of ICC by wayland, except for auxly's pre-existing rights by contract. 
not sure what to make of it.
