Class action suit?
Class action suit? In talking with the OSEC again today to see if there had been any change in the status of Wayl and they said no. Last traded May 2019. I inquired as to when we might be able to take our loss for tax purposes at least and the agent mentioned it could go in for years. This is nuts! Has anyone looked into a class action suit to at least enable investors who have been robbed to be able to move on. GLTA
