Creditor proceedings

IS it safe to just gift this to my bank so I can write it off or is there any chance the equity could be worth something in a restructure? Anyone have any thoughts?

I haven't gone that route as I'm waiting for the end result of the law suit which granted may take years. It is annoying seeing them sitting there as a constant reminder! lol
