A Million shares traded in January.  Most months are what?  Less than what ? 80,000.    The buyer has to go somewhat slowly as there are not many shares to buy each day.   They managed to get their first million below $2/share from exhausted long timers.   They probably can get another 2 million between $2 and $3 in February before earnings or buyout.   Yes, true maybe a move to take it private.
