RE: RE: Reach x Frequency

RE: RE: Reach x FrequencyGents,

I sure you know Peter's intentions best, but what I'm reading from these posts is that he doesn't want to spend anything in terms of ca$h on advertising. I thought I read in one post, he's even resisting on $200 bucks to change the graphic in one ad.

If he's baulking at that level, advertising of any kind is going to be a tough sell to MNR management.

That being the case, perhaps it would be best to approach him with the idea of having a Fulp or Grandich or similar to a "paid for" report. This could be paid with equity in stead of money, preserving that all important cash in the bank.

Of course, we current shareholders would pay for it terms of dilution.

Again, I've no idea the current rates for these type of letters, but I guessing the dilution would be pretty minimal. This is a 'service fee' after all; not a private placement financing.

Importantly, it would be away for Doug to do some marketing without spending any real cash. And he might get Peter to buy into this -- where he'd say a flat "no" to cash expenditures -- but again, I don't know these guys, you do, so I may be off base here.

It may be the path of least resistance, that gets us to a "yes" from Peter...

The report would go out to the author's database, be placed on his website as potential investors explore the stocks he's covering. (Indeed, the size of that database, along with the quality of previous vender reports, would be on my list for key selection criteria.)

In addition, the report would be downloadable from MNR's web site and could, of course, be distributed to all their current mailing list.

This would also fit in well with the 'relationship' selling/marketing angle.  People from your "cell" and other investors could direct potential investors to such a report. While company's presentation and fact sheets are very helpful they are, in the final analysis, seen as being the company's viewpoint, which is hardly an objective opinion.

A third party report, even the paid for variety, would have a more independent aura to them...particularly as many don't read the disclaimer notices.

But first, since it's just around the corner, let's see what the upgraded 43-101 bring us. Since good news is expected -- we just don't know how good -- it makes sense to go out with an improved story that's only (hopefully) a couple of weeks away.

If we go north of 3 MM, then we should press management for such a report.

Moreover, as a second part, we could send an info pack to the independent letters -- Roulston, Coffin Bros, Casey, etc. -- to ensure that MNR is on these guy's radar.
