I stand corrected... Seems the payment was made in 2 parts... All in all, came in at slightly above 40 cents a share.

I'd take NCU paper for a higher priced deal, I like NCU, their share price is very low and they are also heavily leveraged to CU prices a good swap in my opinion, better than paper from a larger ...more
