RE: PG court date? No idea, but I honestly don't think it's of much significance to MNR at this point. Best case, they can squeeze 1-200.000 out of him, but in the larger picture, it won't matter much (it might be satisfying emotionally to long-time shareholders, but that's another issue).
Of more importance is some indication that MNR is actually succeeding in moving this project forward, as it's getting increasingly hard to remain optimistic. The current infill-drilling campaign is taking forever, and the first five holes weren't exactly great.
There's also the JV, of which nothing has been heard since the original letter of intent was announced. I'm assuming that means the deal is dead, which leaves MNR back at the starting point - with precious little cash and very little presence in Turkey.
