Apart from the fact that Mediterraneans share price has also dropped dramatically (these shares would have been worth far more not long ago), the problem here is that these are exploration stage properties. Moving them forward will require geological expertise and money, and MNR is currently short on both, as proven by the failed infill drilling campaign over the past year.
If they're also going to be drilling at Celtik, how do they intend to finance exploration on these new projects? By issuing shares below 0.10? Maybe they've got a jv in the works, because otherwise I cannot see how this is going to work, unless they're willing to do a reverse split.
The stuff about the Albanian chrome assets being combined with some other chrome projects is likely a reference to Diamond Discoveries, which has some chrome projects in Canada and has Ecclestone on the board. Maybe also Empire Mining which had some fairly ambitious plans for their chrome projects in Albania, but seems to have forgotten all about them now.
Increasingly happy I sold my position in MNR not long ago.
