There recommendations were biased and based on studies only done up until January 2021.
Great studies since then.  Interesting that in the USA you might have to go to court to get it ( https://www.thedesertreview.com/opinion/letters_to_editor/ivermectin-wins-in-court-again-for-human-rights/article_98d26958-a13a-11eb-a698-37c06f632875.html ) while in India they are offeringit to their entire population.
