• Mawson West has had to seek TSX approval for the transaction under a Financial
Hardship Application as elements of the transaction could not otherwise have been
implemented on the necessary timeframe
• The Company expects to hear the result of the application by Thursday 18th
December
Delisting Review
• The TSX automatically conducts a delisting review when a Company makes a Financial
Hardship Application
• The purpose of the review is to determine whether the Company has adequate
funding for its commitments over the next 6 months
• The Mawson West Board is confident that it will have adequate funding posttransaction,
given the current outlook for the company’s operations and the copper
market
