Yes, IMO, I absolutely think it's part of the PUMP.

Playing devils advocate, even if a classic pump and dump isn't/wasn't management's intentions, they've certainly become complacent with horrible SP and seem ok with releasing irrelevant milestones as notable progress... which also happens to seem exactly like what someone who was attempting to PUMP a shitty stock would do. 

It's actually exactly how I would do it if I we're going to do something like this. If MYM fails to materialize and they file bankruptcy as a company, they'll have a non-operational Laval and testifiable excuse in Weedon. Wherever they are stashing away the cash from all endless options they've cashed out, we'll never know.

I sincerely hope I am wrong and MYM becomes the sleeping giant they're presenting themselves to be.
