Thats typically the way things go with these deals. Fact is the proxy laid out the entire history. They started talking about this deal on December through Feb. Loose lips had the stock bouncing. They paid an independent firm who looked over the books. It can be readily seen MYM was at the brink. No source of money except the ceo. First offer was worse and rejected. Explicitly stated MYM may not survive a failed deal. Far to many costs incurred including paying that evaluation. You voted down a deal because the share price dropped? That takes the cake. This thing was dead and got saved yet you want to stick it to the only company throwing out a lifeline, IMCC. Someone who secured $35 million US even after having their share price drop 30%. Meanwhile MYM hold hope Mike Weiner has bottomless pockets to support them, yea right. My statement stand as youve never beeb able to show much insight around here.
