RE:RE:calculation
so, if i would have no clue but you why don't you enlighten me with an own argumentation of yourself? or do you have no clue?
with CHM and "no future plan that can be realised" i meant that they would have no future plan to develop themself on their own. and that is a fact and yes i am "freakin serious" about that. i don't think that CHM is up for the totally undeveloped DSO deposit of Mamba. if it is just a personnel thing that CHM was up for Mr. O'Keeffe and his investor network, CHM could have replace Mr. Larsen with him. I believe CHM would have been more attractive for him than Mamba.
So, if i would be a CHM shareholder and CHM people will held 50,5% of the new company, don't i get diluted by 100%? of course Mamba is bringing in a DSO project as an asset and will arrange a financing. But the financing is one condition for the deal that must be completed. and in that hart market phase that forced CHM to make this deal, i don't believe that Mamba will spend much money to that undeveloped DSO deposit because they should concentrate their cash on one project and focus on that.
and with "strategic partner" is mean a real strategic partner that brings in a large amount of money and is best case a steel producer that needs iron ore products (otherwise you must search for someone to buy the produced products). someone like NML has with Tata Steel or Alderon Iron Ore has with HEBEI Iron & Steel or Century Iron Mines has with WISCO. Mamba itself isn't able to fund the flagship project of CHM.
CHM will have no port facilities and till now no transport solution. they are doing a FS with the government for a third rail track, but it isn't like the government says: "we are doing the FS just for fun and will fund that thing whatever the results of the FS will look like." the CN rail solution got terminated.
