oh, i really believe that the combination of O'Keeffe and the Taconite project of CHM is a very attractive thing for new shareholders. If someone could raise greater capital amounts and bring in strong financial partner then O'Keefe, not Larsen.

but i think about the older shareholders of CHM that will get diluted by 100% and with additional financing that will be necessary they will be diluted further.

the deal is company-technical awesome but the HOW is unacceptable for every CHM shareholder and i tell this as a not-shareholder of CHM.
