Value and forecast I don't undestand the previous guys comment, they have 15-20 millions asset, and with this deal, they have a 6% participation in a project that will generate 100-150$ millions in net profit yearly,
6% of it, is 6-9 millions net cash + side revenus that will come from this operations
They will get a total of 10-15 millions per year in net profit from this
According to industry peers, this will worth 70-90 millions easily short term
