You do not even understand the basic structure of NML vis-a-vis TSMC.
$175M ($125 m equity and $50 m debt) were invested in TSMC, a PRIVATE company, wich is own at 6% per NML, plus NML have side revenus from this operations (look their corporative detail). They have acces to facility, port revenus from extraction or nearby ressources etc.
The equity will NOT be diluted, as you don't seems to know how to read, NML as 15 millions in the bank, as related in there financial statement, and they need only 2 millions to keep the 6% not to fall at 5,20% (and they won't let it because it a value of 4-5 millions)
TSMC is not profitable yet but they have a book order of 1 BILLION, do the math they will surely they have acces to insane ressource and distributution network, MARKET KNOW it and it's questions of month
PLease stop posting lie and telling people are lying if you shorted at 8cent and you don't know how you will pay your bill next month because of it
Cover and assume because this is going to skyrocket
