RE:RE:NML RTOWe don't have enough info to say yes or no yet. Abaxx will provide more info on their business and plans before the vote. To say it's a bad deal, or that the value of the deal is at $0.08, is based on nothing. You may notice that the FINAL tranche of the private placement was executed at $0.80. That means that someone was willing to pay $0.80 in earlier tranches pre-RMO approval, so post-approval there is a good chance it is actually worth more than $0.80. Also, did noted investors Kyle Bass, Robert Friedland, Peter Schiff or Lukas Lundin participate in the recent private placement? If so, companies often provide investors like these with below market pricing. All we know right now is that Abaxx has an all-star management team, BOD and investor base. We know that they are attempting to create an LNG benchmark akin to crude's WTI or Brent and if they succeed, it would likely be worth billions. The investors involved must have some confidence in the Abaxx concept and their ability to win. And sometimes a company's success, especially something like creating a benchmark and establishing an exchange, is solely a result of the people involved. Let's see more about the business before taking stances.
