Why all this insider selling ?IMO it should be forbidden by law that insiders can sell down the PPS in order to get cheap shares via a private placement. A management that acted like those Clan guys deceive theier shareholders - IMO of course. Look - they sold a lot of shares well knowing they can load their truck again at a much deeper price. It's not a decent attitude of a company leader to do this kind of margin trading. Would never buy shares of such a company.
