Who is selling?

Who is selling?I am trying to figure out who in their right mind would be selling at 9 cents? It can't be real investors as they would be losing a ton at this low price. Have real investors really given up on Halo now that Halo is closing deals, revenues are increasing and projected to continue increasing, US Federal legalization is getting closer by the day. Those selling must be the parties that received common shares as part of the acquisitions made by Halo. I realize all acquisitions are being bought in this manner, and it appears that these parties just want or need cash so they are selling their interests. This is resulting in downward presssure on the share price. Even management receiving their salaries in shares need some cash to live off of and sell from time to time. Hopefully they are not selling at 9 cents though. That would be hard to believe. It must be third parties that need cash and simply don't want to wait for Halo to mature. It's too early for tax loss selling now, so I blame this rut we are in on the nature of the acquisitions. So when will this end is the big question. People generally aren't patient and these third parties got paid in shares in lieu of cash, but really they want cash and not to invest in Halo especially long term. So I don't view it as a knock on Halo, but just as a by product of the acquisitions. Yes the current shareholders are temporarily hurt by this, but again if you believe in Kiran's vision and leadership then I believe this investment will pay off big time. It's not easy though I understand. Hopefully we will see steady progress and improved results. that is the key for me. No more vaping crisis, no more excuses whatsoever. just constant progress. Anybody with any other thoughts please chime in.
