RE:sollmg - How Will We Get Updates On This Article?

RE:sollmg - How Will We Get Updates On This Article?I don't know if there will be any further articles. I believe the original website that posted the article was shut down. You can keep an eye on the following link but I wouldn't keep my hopes up.

I don't think the tactics outlined in the article are unique to Anson. IMO it's likely common with other hedge funds. Based on how fundings usually roll out, the naked shorting and then using the placements to cover, looks to be S.O.P.  You can see the resulting Buy-in requests on the TMX site PTQ looks to be still under the control of a hedge fund following its last Placement at $1.25. The short selling was running at 40% daily sales in June. Cost Ave of the shorts was $1.22.

A  hedge fund looks to be doing the same with HALO. Likely the prospect of all the shares for purchase coming to the market. IMO they will be disappointed. I believe selling insider holdings is one of the objectives of the shelf prospectus.
