Market cap goes up....but price stays low

Market cap goes up....but price stays low
This game of using their stock to buy any company that will let them....serves to drive the market cap up as deals close..... but the share count is now over 1 billion....and think more like 1.2 billion after this last deal, so the stock price goes nowhere. Every time they buy some company...they dilute the existing shareholders....last time the shares were trading at .10 the market cap was 50mil....now at .055 77mil....lol...and they don't seem to be stopping. How could any business owner they are dealing with see this trend and think...yes this is a good idea, I will sell you my company for shares in your company...oh and no problem I'll wait to sell them for a minimum of 4 months while you continuously dilute the share value...how can any self-respecting business owner do this? Makes no sense...well I guess there is always a sucker out there....IMO
