RE:Should see an increase in price shortly!

RE:Should see an increase in price shortly!...why would you even consider touching this with a barge pole...this company does not have a clue what they are doing...just look at the last 3 month's funding, financing & acquisition strategies...

...issuing share at ~8.5cents....then ~17.5cents...that is after borrowing $10M, issuing ~7m shares as commitment fees on $10M with 12% interest....just silly...so this financing deal will basically costing more than 20%/annum...

...and then we don't even talk about the constant super confusing acquisition deals....that nobody can make sense of...smoke & mirrors.....every month of record revenue announcements but lower than previous reported revenue numbers and the list goes on....

~1.5Billion shares issued later and a CFO that has sold almost 80% of his shares during the last quarter....but hey...at least the CEO bought $2200 recently...

...do you really trust these guys....promise after promise....dilution after dilution...CFO running for the hills....and then funding, financing & very confusing acquisition deals...wonder if there is a conflict of interest register somewhere to see whether any conflicts have been reported...

..don't get me wrong...nothing wrong with acquiring assets that are synergetic...but all of the deals to date were dilutive to the bottom line....with massive share volumes post every announcement with shareprice going down...that usually indicate that peopel are trying to exit...so the question is who and what do they know that you don't...

..a CFO selling almost all his shares is usually a tell-tale...

...my two cents....
