They explain it all in their early warning reports. Also, if you look up Alpha Blue Ocean on line you will find they have a reputation for this type of action. The only time to Buy shares for now is when they run the price down to convert another debenture. If they do this for the entire 65 million in available financing there will be very little value left in the Akanda shares for Halo share holders.
