Apparently Halo Labs
didnt receive the new list of shareholders from the transfer agent, as expected by today, 8 days from their request. Agent says it takes a wk but naturally forHalo, it is delayed, like everything else; Kiran cant get a break, so many delays. So i figure Kiran gets it next wk, he submits it and then sometime in July, mid or late July, he finally gets the final stamp to legally acquire Bophelo. Patience, patience...

Oh, 1 reason why i think this deal is going thru is cuz Louisa is gonna be Chairperson of the BOD, a prestigious title to oversee not just Bophelo but also the other projects, plus she already put $1M into Boohelo & gets millions of shares..
