Great news but Halo is a repeat offender. Previously...
"Closing of the Bophelo Acquisition remains subject to approval of the Lesotho Central Bank, which the Company expects to receive within the next 10 days. The Bophelo Acquisition is expected to close prior to the end of March 2020. The Company also is in continued discussions with banks, private equity firms and state agencies in South Africa to fund the outdoor 200-hectare expansion of Bophelo, which is anticipated to commence in 2021."

My question is will Halo thru Bophelo be able to sell their cannabis products to Lesotho or S. Africa in 3rd or 4th qtr 2020? They still need funding via African banks to build out the greenhouses. They said that European sales will start in 1st qtr 2021. A lot more things to accomplish, incl NOHO, Alberta dispensaries, as well as Bophelo.
