What does Terphogz bring

(of value) to this JV? Seems like Halo brings everything such as genetic product, licenses, capital, etc. but no mention of Terphogz' contribution to the JV. Hope Kiran is getting something from them. Will try to tweet him.

So Terphogz brings grow acumen along with award winning genetic strains and the name Zkittlez (their brand) & Kiran says they get a 20% price premium for their product. The indoor grow space to be completed by end of 4th qtr. Not sure how much this brings to Halo in CA.
