Todays Trading

A few interesting things today.

One: the NEO has a policy to fill regular traders ahead of the High Frequency Traders. They are telling the truth. Got my small order filled ahead of RBC. When I put it in (at .03) there were well over 6 Mil all ready on the bid side. Supports my buying strategy of sitting on the bid, RBC was actually the last house to receive shares from PI.

Two ; PI sold 5 Mil at .03 for $152,510 for a total raise of $1,692,284 of the 7 Mil. If they raise the full 7 Mil at this rate it will take them 35 more trading days. That makes 15 Dec my projected end date for the ATM with a full 7 Mil raise.

Three: Hayward went on a buying spree late in the day. I don't think the were short but would have to check the previous house totals. Indicates to me the SP is likely at the bottom. Todays House Totals are below.

Great info. Thank you for sharing. What do you think of Halo's decision to use the ATM at this point when the share price is so low? Presumably it is easier to sell if the shares are sold at a discount. The only way long term investors don't get diluted is to also buy at this discount and average down. I am sure Kiran and the other insiders would live to be buying now but they are ...more

i'm not thrilled with them using the ATM at the current stock price but will continue to take advantage as long as it's running. Can only guess at their motives but believe it's a necessary evil to get Africa built out as fast as they can to execute their current contract.
