Halo Current Value
Current activities with-in Halo, Akanda and the Halo Tek spin off are making for quite the circus. I think it was Louisa Mojels's intent to have Kiran fund the development of Akanda and then take it over as she has done all along. I don't have much hope that Akanda's BOD will have any success in stopping her. She still holds the land leases as far as I can see and given her status the Lethoso courts are likely to side with her. That all said Akanda shares will likely be priced.higher once the current situation is resolved. At present, even at their depressed value, the Akanda shares add 1.28 CDN a share to Halo's value. Sad given the market cap is only $3 mil CAD. ABO is due to report their activities by Aug 12th. Waiting to see if they cash in the 12.4+ Mil USD for stock or are still holding.

I really like your assesstment, Could you please telll me more about their current shares being issued to ABO, who ABO are, and how you figured out Akanda stock valuation towards HALO. Also, what do you think the share prices will go towards once volatitilty hits, or if Safe Banking passes? What minimum price?
