28 Sep Share Count - 49,436,600

Based on the $4 Million dollar price tag of the Pistill Point acquisition I have come to the conclusion that the post  Oct 10th split share count to be between 32 and 50 Million. The 47,224 shares to be  issued in the latest announcement were based on the original agreement of 125,930,000 shares at Halo's share price at that time and adjusted down to account for the 2 consolidations since then. Based on past deals (Canmart) and the fact the price didn't change ($4 Million) IMO the actual number of  shares to be issued will be approximately  100 Million. This also alters ABO debenture conversion price down, looking like .04 or lower. The length of time between the consolidation announcement and time to execute (only a few days in the past, not weeks) made me look at the Pistill Point acqusition with a jaded eye. This is all just me opinion.
