1 new share for 10 old shares proposed in the Budega Membership Plan annoucement

Must be getting complaints form the short selling financers again. Force the share price up so they can make money driving it back down. Also makes it hard for the board members to cash in their free shares at current share prices.

How many times can they do this....this stinks to high heaven. I am not a fan of regulation but this consolidation situation being done over and over should be considered fraud.
