RE: New managements first Mistakethis property has been on hold for some years now due to unsolved problems of the original owner in conjunction with a payment (loan) that has to paid back to Government ... very complicated stuff and I don't think that APE is in a legal position to grant an option in regard of this property. St. Isabel was written off early last year. Wouldn't regard it as a mistake.
