RE: ITG is manipulating this stock...you never know but believe me I have followed APE and the APE trading for many month now and ITG hasn't been a huge buyer at any time. I wonder if they sell all those shares short and havn't yet declared this short interest or if ITG sells on the behalf of CIM (UK fund) or another group. RBC and CIM hold a 25% stake together and UBS bought some million in March/April 2007....
But you have to admit that ITG has an agenda here. Will inform them about my complaint at the OSC as well.
