RE: silver breaks $21 per oz

RE: silver breaks $21 per ozrock, Fraser Institute - this is a real good joke. I know this surveys and they are mainly based on what someone hear from someone who had heard it from a guy next door in Vancouver or Toronto *lol* In fact only 39 countries are surveyed and I did a lot of research about world wide mining operations and in a second I can provide you with 10 countries that are defenitely worse than Bolivia: - Russia - China - Congo - Tansania - Eritrea - Ecuador - Venezuela - Kasastan - Zimbabwe - Honduras - El Salvador - Indonesia and this is not the whole mob surveyed. Don't know why you consequently trying to bash APE but you will have yor reasons. Cheers Art
