RE: apex take on bolivian politicbrillant conclusion and I couldn't agree more. Same story with Orvana. They have enough cash to buy an operation in Bolivia but they intend to invest outside Bolivia for the same reasons you attributed to APEX.
From what I hear the placement will be closed next week. This would be good news. I know that CIM did not participate but I assume that another institutional investor bought a big chunk of the placement.
